Below are solutions for the most common enquiries from Dengie Club members; if you cannot find a solution for your enquiry here please contact us.

Problem: I Cannot Log In.
Solution:
The log-in box can be found in the right hand column of both the Dengie home page and the Dengie Club page. Make sure you are using the same email address that you registered with and that you have your password correct. If this still does not work, then request your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ link below the log on box to retrieve your login details.

Problem: ‘Retrieve Login Details’ does not find my email address.
Solution: Make sure you are using the same email address that you registered with; if you have more than one e-mail address and can’t remember which one you registered with try them all!

Problem: ‘Retrieve Login Details’ says it has sent my password but I haven’t received it.
Solution: Please check you spam or junk folders, sometimes our emails get incorrectly marked as spam. If you haven’t received your password after a day contact us with your e-mail address and the new password that you would like to use.

Problem: I’ve changed my email address and cannot get my password sent to me.
Solution: Please let us know both your old and new email addresses and we’ll change this for you.

Problem: I’ve referred three people, but it says I still need three.
Solution: This is correct; this number represents how many people you need to refer for your next voucher! If you’ve referred three members you should have received an e-mail confirming this. If you haven’t please make sure you are using the email address that you registered with and that the email hasn’t mistakenly gone into your spam or junk folders. If you do not receive your voucher in a week, then please contact us.
