Winter 2011
Firstly I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and welcome you all to the Winter edition of the Dengie Club Quarterly! It has been a busy year for everyone at Dengie with three new products added to our fibre feeds range. If you haven’t tried Hi-Fi Original with Apple, Alfa-A Molasses Free or Hi-Fi Molasses Free yet, then find out more by contacting our Feedline on 0845 345 5115 or click here to e-mail us.
Many of you will have experienced the difficulties of looking after a horse or pony in snowy conditions at some point over the last couple of months. At first it’s lovely to look out over a winter wonderland but then the realisation of frozen taps and lack of turn out and exercise sets in. Along with the hazards of extreme and unpredictable weather there is growing concern in some areas regarding the availability of forage and its quality. This quarter Tracey Hammond guides you through choosing a suitable Dengie hay replacer which may help you make your forage go a little further. In Everything Explained you can find out more about how fibre can help fuel horses in harder work and in Horse of the Quarter you can meet Boo Boo whose diet was changed to include the New Hi-Fi Molasses Free following advice from Area Sales Manager Gillian Neill at an open day.
Whilst we may still be a little way off some sunnier and warmer weather, we thought we might offer some light relief from the winter blues by offering Dengie Club members the chance to win one of three pairs of tickets to see War Horse at the New London Theatre. Also up for grabs in our Special Club Offer are 50 x £5 money off vouchers for any Dengie product.
