A wet but successful day at Frys

The rain was horrendous for us on Saturday, we were all loaded and ready to set off when we discovered our brakes were not going to work! So we had to make a quick change over and reload onto one of my client's lorries, thankfully we made it to the show in time. 

Welkom was totally dismayed at the torrential rain during his first test, luckily it wasn't as heavy for the second test and he did well and felt good, he came 2nd with 67.8%.

Vanita did a very good test but he was a little tense in his changes which is so costly - so the 8's were counteracted from his trot work however he still came 2nd.

Belluga was looking fab being ridden by Laura Woodcock, making it a good warm up for the regionals for them. They are going to be hard to beat when she just polishes the 'little' things off.

The 4 year old came 7th, which we were disappointed with but the horse did not put a foot wrong so that was rewarding, the horse was bought from Andrew Graham whose funeral I went to last week and it was a testimony to how well liked he was.

We have now also got Tantalize booked in for her first show, where she will be graded, which I am very excited about.
