August Success for Angie

Hi Guys!

August has been a very successful month. We went to Bicton Show at the beginning of the month and had an excellent show. I won the Novice Championship on Christina Mackenzie's Kannan's Gold and also won the Newcomers Championship on another of Christina's horses called Dollytraum, a horse I sold her earlier in the year. I was very pleased with both of these young horses who jumped lovely double clears. I then finished the show with a win on Whisper Magic in the 1.30m championship that we had qualified for earlier in the season. I was extremely pleased with her as it was a very fast jump-off and she didn't touch a pole in either round. A great end to a super show!

Bucks County Show also proved successful later in the month with Whisper Magic going very well and finishing 3rd in the accumulator class. Back at home Oksana W is still having time off from jumping having injured her sacroiliac ligament. Currently we are walking her daily on the horse walker with a pessoa training aid and will continue this regime for another month before gently riding her again.
