Brilliant Scores for first outing

Well we have had a busy few weeks taking the horses out and about now the snow has gone! All the boys were very pleased to see the horsebox come out - they are all sick of 20m circles in the shed! Bud and Jack had their first dressage outing which they found terribly exciting. It was a really foggy day and they thought they could see ghosts everywhere! Luckily they did manage to produce some nice moments among the wild behavior and the marks ranged from 4's to 8's! They scored 65% and 66% which wasn't too bad for wild medium tests!
Bob has become a dressage diva scoring 75% and 79% in his first outing with several 9's on each sheet. His only downfall is his final halt where he would rather leave the arena rather than stand still - fidget bottom - it was a cold day and he was obviously desperate to get his Dengie rug back on!! Bob keeping warm in his Dengie rug
They have all been jumping, Mickey has won every time out and Bob seems to be a reformed character and has also won! Bud and Jack are both jumping well and Sonic has been out to 3 clear rounds and come back with rosettes each time!!
George passed the vet and has settled in well at his new home! Glenn who owned the horse has his full brother who is identical in looks but a bigger build, he has just been aptly named....big George! A lot of thought obviously went into naming him!!
As I write this I am on my way to see Strictly Come Dancing on tour! When I told the Physio I was going she burst out laughing for about ten minutes!! I don't think there's anything wrong with it, especially as Austin Healey will be performing!

All the horses and I are counting down the days to the start of the season which is 3weeks away! Let's hope the snow stays away and that the ground dries up in time for me to go schooling round the jumps at Foxberry!
