Finally a rain free weekend!

Well it's been a long four weeks of no eventing, but we finally got a run yesterday at Floors Castle! Although it was looking doubtful after the Saturday sections were all abandoned. I only had Carrot there in the intermediate novice as the others were all have meant to have had runs the previous three weekends.

We got off to a good start with a 27 dressage and then he jumped beautifully however, we were really unlucky to just clip a pole. We went clear on the xc with just a few time faults, finishing in 5th place! To top the day off the sun came out and there was no rain in sight!!

Let's hope the rest of the season will continue like this!
