More Wins for Hannah's Team!

This week Stanhope Odwig has gone to his new home with his new owner.  I know he will have a great home and life, but it is so strange not to see his little face on the yard - he was part of the woodwork here!  Two days after he left, Lucy who owned him had a mare, whom she put to foal with Odwig, give birth to a colt who is the absolute double of Odwig - so his presence lives on at the yard!

The team went to Vale View on Thursday with Vanita and Divine, just to keep them "ring fit".  Vinnie won his two Elementary classes with 69 and 71%.  He did well as we had to put him back on the lorry during his warm up, to allow an air ambulance to land.  Fortunately, the patient was okay and did not have to fly off to hospital, but Vinnie lost half his warm up time!  Molly was completely amazed by the helicopter - first time she has seen one.  Diva won one class and came 2nd in the other, with 69% - so all in all a very good day.

Other news; Noblesse is looking very good and will soon be ready to go out on the show circuit again after his time off.  And Jimmy - the lovely pony I used to ride and train, who has been in Ireland on loan is coming back.  I used to love riding him, it will be good to see him again.  Finally, we have some excitement on the home front.  Our yard is becoming a bit "tired" so we have been creating plans to renew the stables - can't wait!
