The Benefits of Dengie's Fibre Feeding Philosophy are spreading!

19th May 2008

Pernille Nygard is a 33 year old optician living in Denmark.  She has been riding since she was 6 and competes at top level in Dressage.  Pernille first contacted Dengie's Danish agents when her mare, an A grade dressage horse, started having problems with ERS or tying up.  She implemented their feeding recommendation which was to use a high fibre diet consisting of hay, Alfa-A Original and extra oil (currently Alfa-A Oil is not available in Denmark).  "After only 3 weeks my horse looked like a completely different horse and her problems became a thing of the past" comments Pernille.  "I was also then able to introduce Fibremix Easy to give her a bit more energy for the work she was doing".

Pernille's second horse is the particularly handsome Toblers Piratos (pictured) also known as Black Pirate because he is completely black.  "He is only 6 years old but has already started M classes as he is a very fast learner", says Pernille.  "When I compete at shows I often hear people talking about how shiny his coat is and how well he looks.  Although I know he is a great looking horse it is good to hear people talking about him and I know his condition is down to Dengie and their great feeds".

Black Pirate is fed; 2.5kgs Fibremix Easy, 1.5kgs Alfa-A Original and 0.5kg dry weight Sugar Beet per day.
