TLC Display Competition
27th May 2011
The competition has closed and the displays have been judged!
There were a large number of entries in both the display competition and the online trade quiz with many stores participating; creating striking and interesting displays, making it a very difficult decision to choose the winners.
After much discussion the regional winners chosen were:
• Cecil Sale
• Davidsons Veterinary Supplies, Blairgowrie
• Welland Valley Feeds
• Botley Mill
• L C Horse Feeds
• Millbry Hill, Stokesley

The overall winner, Millbry Hill, was chosen due to the extra effort they put in to create more than one eye catching display around their store. Their main display at the front of the store displayed all of the six Laminitis Trust approved products with facts explaining the main differences between the feeds. Another display was also placed in their main equestrian section with the products and a model horse showing a scaled out digestive system, explaining the different stages. It is evident that a lot of time and effort had gone into making sure that the displays were eye catching and informative.
The winner of the online trade quiz was Zoe Shoesmith from Frontier, Sandy. Zoe achieved the highest score of 96% and answered the case study questions with detailed answers.
Thanks to everyone who took part!
