Case Study: Joint & Condition
Stacey Howlett contacted the Dengie Feedline for advice back in June 2008 as her daughter's coloured horse Hattie was having problems with photosensitivity on the white areas of her body.
Adrienne, Stacey's daughter, and Hattie compete at British Eventing and get involved with St Edmunds Riding Club as well as the Pony Club with great success. In 2006 the pair were part of the winning team at the Riding Club National Show Jumping Finals and in 2007 were part of the winning team at the Pony Club National Show Jumping Finals. Adrienne also likes to take part in showing activities when they have time.
Following the development of photosensitivity Stacey and Adrienne has to make some changes to Hattie's routine to help manage the problem including stabling during the day with turnout overnight. Due to the photosensitivity problem Hattie's skin was looking less than perfect, which prompted Stacey's call to the Dengie Feedline where Natural Vitality Joint & Condition was suggested. Natural Vitality Joint & Condition is a pure hemp oil supplement that provides the essential fatty acids omega-3, 6 & 9 which are an essential component of cell membranes and are important to help the skin repair and enhance coat condition.
Since supplementing with Natural Vitality Joint & Condition Stacey has noticed a marked improvement to Hattie's coat particularly with regards to how shiny it is. Hattie and Adrienne recently competed at Burghley as part of the Pony Club Show Jumping Team. They had a fantastic day and out of 40 Pony Club teams present came 2nd in the tack and turnout and 3rd in the show jumping. Stacey says that 'its days like these that make it all worth while!'
