Dengie Fibremix Easy is the lowest energy Fibremix in the Dengie range with 9.5 MJ/kg. It combines ingredients rich in digestible fibre and oil, such as quality chopped alfalfa and traditional cooked linseed. Fibremix Easy has a low cereal inclusion and is free from whole oats and barley.
Quality Chopped Fibre
Dengie Fibremix Easy has a high inclusion of chopped alfalfa, which extends eating time and encourages chewing, helping to maintain normal digestion and so reduce the likelihood of digestive disturbances.
High Oil
The inclusion of traditional cooked linseed and added soya oil provides an additional 'slow release' source of energy from oil as well as a balance of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids essential for healthy skin and show ring coat condition.
Balanced
Dengie Fibremix Easy incorporates XP Yeast as well as vitamins and 'bioavailable' minerals formulated for feeding with any products from the Alfa-A or Hi-Fi ranges. The inclusion of XP Yeast will help to maintain a normal balance of microflora in the hindgut ensuring that your horse or pony 'uses' his feed more efficiently.
Temperament
Anecdotal evidence suggests that excitability or fizziness is less likely in horses and ponies maintained on a high digestible fibre and low starch ration fed at appropriate levels.
