Nicoll Show Team's profile

Mary Nicoll runs the Nicoll Show Team from her yard in Lugar Ayrshire with her three daughters Kimberley, Zoe-Martella and Johanna.  Mary has shown successfully for many years having ponies qualified for the Horse of The Year Show for the last ten years. Her daughters have taken many Championships and Supremes in the showring  including Royal Highland Show Show Pony Championship as well as Supreme of Country at the Festival of Champions.

We take great pride in showing our own and clients ponies and travel up and down the Country every weekend to shows.  We have a super team of ponies for 2010 and hope to have a repeat of previous years success.

Team Ponies

Rotherwood Rainbow

Bow is our small ISRT  she qualified for HOYS last year as a SRT and we hope to take her into hack classes this season.  She has also gained many championships in the part bred Arab classes and was Champion Intermediate at the BSPS Finale Show and the Grand Slam Show 2009.

Marshbrook Limited Edition

Harry our 143cm SHP came to us last year after having two seasons off doing nothing.  He proved to be a bit difficult at first but after a lot of work Zoe-Martella was soon notching up championships with him and at the last hurdle qualified him for HOYS 2009.

Riversdale Poker

Poker our 153cm SHP has had two very novice seasons with us winning most of his classes when shown.  He will be contesting open classes this season.

Jack of Diamonds

Jack has only just joined the team and he is an outstanding 148cm show pony having previously competed at HOYS we are hoping we can get him back there this year.

Elvet Challenger

Charlie is our Welsh Section B Stallion who has been lightly shown and has already won both his novice classes with Zoe-Martella as well as Reserve Supreme of the Scottish Welsh show 2009.

Jivetime Frightfully Nice
