Paddy's Profile

Paddy Muir lives in Hutton Rudby in North Yorkshire with her boyfriend David.  Paddy evented at the top level of eventing until 10 years ago, achieveing top 10 placings at Badminton and Burghley and recording a win at Blenheim Horse Trials.  She took a break from the sport for a while and concentrated on producing novice horses, setting up a very successful horse sales website www.horseselect.co.uk

Now aged 45, Paddy started eventing at Advanced level again in 2007 with her horse Stanley Brown and aims to compete at Bramham in June 08.

Paddy's horses include Stanley Brown - an advanced eventer by Stanhopes Diddicoy.  Together they have acheived a 4th at Burgie CIC** and completed the Burnham Market CIC*** and Belton Advanced this spring.

Buzz Brown is Paddy's other top horse.  He is a grey 7 year old gelding by Keen out of Maisy Brown (one of Paddy's original advanced event horses).  Buzz has been a bit of a naughty child but is now beginning to shape up well and is aimed at Pre Novice at Floors in May for the 2008 season.
