On route to Blenheim CIC3*

Well it is the morning we leave for BLENHEIM CIC3*! I know eek!

Pooh is feeling great and has been training really hard. On Saturday she had a clip as her coat had suddenly turned, Sunday she did her last canter (6 minutes, 3 minutes rest then another 6 minutes) and finished with a bubble bath 🙂

Her latest runs have been at Upton House Intermediate with a really confident run cross country after I had to retire her at Brightling Park 2* the week before because I was seriously ill and weak. Then she was absolutely insane at Gatcombe Festival of British Eventing. So after that we made the decision to enter Blenheim!!! She also ran at the Pony Club Championships doing a double clear in the team show jumping and I was one of two to go double clear in the time in the eventing, finishing 2nd in my section.

Ziggy went to senior camp and jumped his first cross country jumps. I am so excited for his future. He is really growing into a fantastic horse and that is really helped by his diet of Dengie Alfalfa Pellets and Alfa-Beet.

Googie is hacking out and has had the odd trot to get into the layby for a car. Its going to be a long and slow road but her tail is looking stronger and better everyday.

My Mum and I went to visit Pogo who is now at a great family friends field, out with their two-year-old and a pair of yearlings, so he is really enjoying himself.
