Each base layer saves plastic bottles from going into landfill or the ocean and uses a considerable amount less energy to manufacture than a traditional base layer. The recycled plastic fabric provides a luxuriously soft feel against the skin and offers moisture and sweat wicking properties as a result of the capillary action material.
