Shopping With Dengie

A number of Dengie products are available to purchase online for delivery direct to your door.

We endeavour to process all orders placed between Monday-Thursday within 48 hours. However, orders received on a Friday, weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

All deliveries are handled by Rapid Dispatch and delivery can take up to 7 to 10 working days on receipt of your order. Please note we unfortunately do not deliver to Northern Ireland or Eire.

Changes to your order

If you realise you have made a mistake with your order, please notify us as soon as possible, or within 12 hours, and we will gladly discuss how to resolve this with you.

Late or incomplete orders

Damaged goods

Regrettably we cannot accept back damaged goods. However, we will gladly discuss an exchange or refund with you and would ask that you contact us on 01621 841188 or email us at shop@dengie.com in the first instance.
